2. Description of Service
EasyPayouts provides an affiliate tracking and payout platform that integrates with Stripe. Our service enables merchants to track affiliate referrals, manage commission rates, and automate payouts to affiliates.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
4. Subscription and Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Engage in affiliate fraud or manipulation
6. Affiliate Program Rules
- Merchants set their own commission rates and terms
- Affiliates must comply with merchant guidelines
- Fraudulent conversions will not be compensated
- Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect
7. Intellectual Property
EasyPayouts and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyPayouts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
EasyPayouts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
